Stephen R. Callister. Born in Glendale, California, September 26, 1960; admitted to California Bar, 1988, United States Tax Court, 1992. Preparatory education, Brigham Young University (B.A., 1985); Legal education, J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University (J.D., 1987 early graduation). School honors, graduated cum laude. Member, Los Angeles County and State Bar of California. Served as member of the Advisory Counsel of the Glendale Memorial Hospital Foundation. Former Chairman of the Los Angeles Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, an international legal society dedicated to the promotion of Judeo-Christian ethics in the practice of law. Areas of practice include all areas of the firm with a principal role in probate, acquisitions and sales, estate planning, health care organizations, and tax law.

Kirk O. Broberg. Shareholder. Born in Glendale, California; admitted to California State Bar, 1993, and Idaho State Bar, 1995. Preparatory education, Brigham Young University (B.S. Accounting, cum laude, 1990); legal education, Brigham Young University (J.D., cum laude, 1993) and Georgetown University (L.L.M. in Taxation, with distinction, 1995). Law clerk for the Honorable Stephen J. Swift of the United States Tax Court, Washington, D.C. (1994-1995). Areas of practice include all areas of the firm with a principal role in estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate law, corporations and other legal entities, and pension law.

Adam Becker concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and tax. His representation of clients include providing legal counsel on a range of issues from wills, trusts and probate matters to advising clients on partnerships, tax-exempt organizations, tax controversies, complex estate planning, and mergers acquisitions. Mr. Becker received his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law (BYU) and his masters in taxation from Georgetown. Mr. Becker was admitted to the Arizona State Bar and practiced law in Phoenix, Arizona with the law firm of Gust Rosenfeld before joining Callister & Callister.
